What We’re Looking For:

Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and auditory)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Experience in sales or insurance (preferred but not required)
Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses

Your Role & Impact:

Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and drive new business growth
Participate in hands-on training and become an industry expert
